Pilot Rollout

The first ‘real’ usage of the system should be via a Pilot Rollout to a select group of the user community. Lucida can define who should be part of the Pilot Rollout, the timing of the project and provide assistance to define the success criteria for the pilot. We will then deploy the solution to the Pilot users and ensure the validation of the success criteria for the rollout.
